- Seasonings： Tomato sauce, rice wine, sugar, hot pepper sauce, potato starch, white vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil
B. Mince the shrimp, add spices, and mix until firm. Set aside.
C. Heat the dried persimmons in water then remove and cut in half. Stuff with the minced pork, then with shrimp sauce and steam. Set aside.
D. Sautee the garlic with spices and water, add persimmons and cook covered for 5 minutes. Serve covered with the sauce and cooking wine, and add basil and sweet potatoes as garnish.
