Dried Persimmons with Pork and Shrimp Stuffing

  • Ingredients:

Dried Persimmon 3 minced garlic 10 g
minced pork 100 g shrimp 60 g
ginger 30 g basil 20 g
diced onions 10 g pickled mustard greens 30 g
cooking wine 30 g sweet potatoes 30 g
eggs 1  

 

  • Seasonings: Tomato sauce, rice wine, sugar, hot pepper sauce, potato starch, white vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil
A. Fully mince the pork, then add ginger, onions, and spices and mix well until firm. Set aside.
 B. Mince the shrimp, add spices, and mix until firm. Set aside.
 C. Heat the dried persimmons in water then remove and cut in half. Stuff with the minced pork, then with shrimp sauce and steam. Set aside.
 D. Sautee the garlic with spices and water, add persimmons and cook covered for 5 minutes. Serve covered with the sauce and cooking wine, and add basil and sweet potatoes as garnish.
