Pork Patties with Sweet Peppers

bell peppers 1 minced pork 300 g
Chinese celery 50 g sweet yellow peppers 1
mushrooms 2 garlic 50 g
sweet red peppers 1 water chestnut 3
dried shrimps 50 g ginger 50 g
dried preserved mustard greens 50 g onions 50 g
  • Seasonings:

Seasonings (1) 

salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/8 teaspoon
MSG 1/4 teaspoon oyster sauce 1/2 teaspoon 
soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon

black bean sauce 1 teaspoon sugar 1/8 teaspoon
oil 1/8 teaspoon    

Seasonings (3)

potato starch 1/2 teaspoon

A. Wash, peel, and deseed the ingredients. Fully mince the pork. Soak the mushrooms until soft and remove the bases. Wash, soak, and chop the dried preserved mustard greens. 
B. Mince the dried shrimps, water chestnut, Chinese celery, and mushrooms. Pulverize the garlic and ginger. Dice the onions. Mince the sweet yellow peppers. 
C. Add black bean sauce and sugar, steam for 1 hour with a small amount of oil, mince the shrimps, garlic, and ginger and set aside. 
D. Mince the onions, and slice the red peppers and yellow peppers. 
E. Add the Seasonings (1) to the meat, then add water chestnut, dried shrimp, Chinese celery, mushrooms, dried preserved mustard greens, onions, ginger, and garlic and mix until even. Set aside. 
F. Slice the green and red peppers into 5x3cm chunks; remove the seeds, dip in potato starch, and place on top of the prepared meat. 
G. In a clean pan, add a small amount of oil and slowly cook the meat and peppers. When the meat is done turn them over to cook the peppers. 
H. In the same pan, sauté black bean sauce, onions, ginger, and garlic, then add green and red peppers, water, and Seasonings (1). Next add minced onions and Chinese celery and cook slowly until slightly thickened.
