Shrimp with Orange Sauce

  • Ingredients:
large grass shrimp 2
Hakka marmalade 2  tablespoons
Rocket lettuce 20g
mayonnaise 3  tablespoons
corn starch 2 tablespoons
cooked noodles 300 g
fresh tangerines 5  (small)
shredded coconut 1  tablespoons
egg whites 1

A. Wash the shrimp, remove connective tissue, and dry on a cloth. Add egg whites, corn starch, and orange sauce and marinate. 
B. Spread out the noodles, and arrange the ingredients from A and the shrimp. Add a small amount of tangerine juice and wrap the shrimp, with the ends exposed. 
C. Preheat a pan to 140⁰C, and cook the ingredients from B for 3 minutes; set aside. 
D. Mix the mayonnaise and Hakka marmalade and use as garnish. Arrange the ingredients from C, add shredded coconut, rocket lettuce and fresh tangerines as garnish.
