Pig’s Lung Stir-fried with Pineapple and Jew’s Ears
1. Materials: Two Jew’s-ears, two pieces of pineapples, 150g of pig’s lung, a little of ginger
2. Seasoning: One teaspoon of sugar, one half spoon of salt and vinegar
3. Steps: Heat oil in pan. Add ginger and Jew’s-ears and fry until brown. Add pineapple and stir-fry until fully cooked. Add lightly-boiled pig’s lung and stir-fry. Add sugar, vinegar concentrate, and salt. Eat while still hot.
Note: Add some red pepper to make the dish look nicer. As some people don’t eat pig’s lung, replace it with lean meat as a substitute.
