Pig’s Intestine Stir-fried with Shredded Ginger
1.Materials: 300g of pig’s large intestine, 150g of tender ginger
2.Seasoning: One half spoon of salt, a little of vinegar concentrate, a little of soy sauce, one half spoon of sugar, a little of wine
(1) Turn intestine inside out and remove extra oil. Rub surface with wheat flour or salt until clean. Dry and cut intestine into sections. Cut ginger into thin threads.
(2) Heat oil in pan. Add ginger and fry until brown. Add intestine until fully cooked. Add seasoning and stir. Food is ready to eat.
Note: Make the dish on high flame throughout. Do not stir after putting intestine in pan to keep it crisp.
