Fried Blue Crab

  • Ingredients:

flowery crab (350 g each)   2 ginger 10 g
basil 10 g garlic 20 g
cordia berries   potato starch 2 tablespoons
pumpkin 25 g  
  • Seasonings:
  • ean paste 1 tablespoon
    soy sauce 1 tablespoon
    chili oil 1 tablespoon
    malt sugar 1 tablespoon
    Cooking rice wine 3tablespoon

 

A. Wash the flowery crabs, cut them in half, dust with starch, and deep fry in 190C oil for 1 minute.
B. Lightly mash the garlic and sauté with ginger. Add the pumpkin and stir fry. Add water, spices, and the ingredients from A and cook covered for 5 minutes until oil appears on the surface. Serve with basil and cordial berries.
