Steamed Glutinous Rice Cake

  • Ingredients

glutinous rice flour 100 g short grain glutinous rice 200 g
strawberries 2 Indica rice flour 100 g
black sesame 60 g coconut juice 60c.c.
ground tea powder 10 g peanuts 60 g
  • Seasonings: Black sugar, white sugar, lard

A. Steam the short grain glutinous rice and pound into mochi. Set aside. 
B. Mix the black sesame with sugar and lard, and wrap in the mochi. 
C. Separate the glutinous rice flower and Indica rice flour into two piles, and add ground tea powder and coconut juice respectively; then fold into layers, steam for 5 minutes, and set aside.
D. Slice the steamed Mochi into long strips, wrap around the stuffing, and drizzle black sugar on top.
