Pai Gu Wen Cai Tou

1. Materials: 600g of radish (named Cai Tou in Hakka), 375g of spareribs, a little of cilantro

2. Seasoning: A little of salt

3. Steps:
(1) Clean and skin radish. Cut radish into cubes. Clean and boil slightly spareribs.
(2) Put spareribs in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Add radish. Turn flame down to medium and cook for 30 minutes. Add seasoning and cilantro.
