Duck Blood Stir-fried with Leek
1. Materials: 375g of leek, 225g of duck blood
2. Seasoning: A little of salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, and wine
3. Steps:
(1)Clean leek and cut it into small sections. Boil blood until cooked and cut it into 1cm strips.
(2)Stir-fry blood with seasoning. Add leek. Stir-fry them at high flame quickly.
