Ke Jia Xiao Chao
1. Materials: 450g of streaky pork, 75g of dried squid, and 150g of green onion
2. Seasoning: 4 teaspoons of soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of rice wine
(1)Boil pork slightly and cut it into 1cm strips.
(2)Dip squid in cold water for 2 hours. Clean squid and cut it into 1cm strips.
(3)Pan-fry squid. Add pork, soy sauce, and rice wine. Stir-fry at low flame for 5 minutes until golden brown. Add onion strips and wait until cooked.
