Fei Tang Wen Sun Gan
1. Materials: 600g of Sun Gan, a cauldron of broth
2. Seasoning: A little of salt and MSG
(1)Cut Sun Gan into sections and soak in water for 3-6 hours.
(2)Put Sun Gan in boiling water for 3 minutes. Scoop Sun Gan out of boiling water and soak in cold water for 2 hours.
(3)Put Sun Gan in broth and turn on burner. When broth boils, turn flame to medium and cook for 1 hour. Add seasoning. Note: Stir-fry until chicken oil appears before put in broth. Add a little of Fu Cai to make it taste better.
